Oakwood Beach is located in Elsinboro Township, Salem County, New Jersey in upper Delaware Bay. The beach consists of approximately 2 miles along the Delaware Bay Coastline in Elsinboro Township. In 2014 the Army Corps pf Engineers, NJ DEP, and Elsinboro Township embarked on a hurricane and coastal storm damage reduction project at Oakwood Beach, which includes a suitable advance beach fill and periodic nourishment every eight years. · NO TRESPASSING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

· NO LITTERING, SOLICISTION, PANHANDLEING.

· ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NUDITY, OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, FIRES, OR MOTORIZED VEHICLES LOUND NOISES ARE STRICKLY PROHIBITED.

 

ENFORCEABLE BY ORDINANCE

PENALTIES INCLUDE, DEFIANT TRESPASSER CHARGES.

REVOCATION OF RIGHT TO USE PROPERTY

FINES UP TO $1,000.00 AND/OR 3 0 DAY IMPRISONMENT.
